This poem was written for my 6 year old for his school.
Our day starts with a bang
The bang is on the door, from where the milkman says Hello
This is our Alarm, to wake up for school
Brush, Bath, Bag, Breakfast to start
Seems like these things never ever end
Grandmother, Grandfather, Mom and Dad are in a panic
With the Bus on the road and time flying like a plane
We make it Just in time in the lane
Granddad is in a haste,
Grandmom thinks everything is a waste,
Dad cracks a joke and
Mom ignores the poke
When my sister and brother scream
I am the one blamed for their dreams
When i jump on them, it feels like a trampoline
When they throw me in the air, it feels like a ball that hits the wall
This is my funny family
whose day always ends with a wiggle, while trying to giggle.
