Today, i wanted to share various Japanese terms used in Lean and their meanings

Kaizen: Continuous improvement
Kaikaku: Improvement through Radical changes
Muda: Waste ( non-value added activities)
Mura: Unevenness, non-uniformity, and irregularity
Muri: Overburden
Nagara: Smooth Production Flow
Kanban: Signboard or card
Jidoka: Intelligent Automation
Poka-Yoke: Error or mistake proof
Shojinka: Flexible manufacturing
Gemba: Place where value is created
